DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS

The items will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer during the order. Radioelec trusts La Poste to ensure quality and secure deliveries.

Upon receipt of payment, the sole proprietorship will dispatch the package to the buyer within the specified timeframe mentioned during the order (in-stock or on order products). Generally, La Poste's shipping time is 2 to 3 business days for deliveries within metropolitan France, in addition to the order processing time (maximum 48 business hours). The delivery times provided during the order are indicative and without guarantee. A delay does not authorize the customer to cancel the sale or refuse the goods.

For shipments within metropolitan France (including Corsica), packages are sent as letters, letter MAX, simple or registered Colissimo, or Chronopost according to the buyer's preference.

For shipments outside metropolitan France, packages are sent by Letter, International Registered, Colissimo, or Chronopost International.

Packages are handled by La Poste. It is advisable to check the condition and contents of the package in front of the delivery person. The company disclaims any responsibility for possible delays, theft, loss, or damage to the package by La Poste. If no reservations were made during the physical receipt of the package, it will not be possible for us to proceed with any replacement or compensation.

The deadlines are in business days and for orders placed before 2:00 pm, dependent on the delivery conditions of La Poste.

Regarding deliveries abroad and in overseas departments and territories (DOM TOM), the shipment will be made as soon as the entire order is available (single shipment).

Force majeure: In case of an unforeseeable event (transport strike, etc.) preventing the shipment of orders, the company will be released from any obligation regarding delivery time to the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for the goods from the moment they are shipped and must ensure that these goods are insured against loss, theft, and destruction.

SECURE PAYMENT & PAYMENT METHODS

To pay for the order, the buyer has, at their discretion, all the payment methods presented during the order confirmation.

The buyer guarantees to the sole proprietorship Alain DUCROCQ that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method during the order.

Alain DUCROCQ reserves the right to suspend any order processing and delivery in case of refusal of payment authorization by officially accredited bodies or in case of non-payment.

Alain DUCROCQ reserves the right to refuse delivery or honor an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.

• Payments are made online through the PAYPAL platform. For this type of payment, the general terms of use of Paypal apply.

• You have the option to pay by bank cheque or bank transfer; an IBAN will then be provided. The cheque made out to Alain DUCROCQ must be issued by a French bank and must reach the specified address within 10 business days from the order validation and confirmation email, namely: Alain DUCROCQ – RADIOELEC - 11 rue de la Treille – 78730 SAINT ARNOULT EN YVELINES. After this period, the company reserves the right to resell the items without the buyer being able to claim any compensation, whatever it may be.

The shipment of available items is made after the cheque is cashed or the transfer is received. In case of out-of-stock or unavailable products, a refund will be made according to the initial payment method.
